Ingredients:


2 cups cooked rice


1 tbsp sesame oil


1 cup broccoli florets


1 cup bell peppers, sliced


1 cup snap peas


1 carrot, julienned


2 tbsp soy sauce


1 tsp ginger, minced


2 garlic cloves, minced


1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water




Instructions:


1. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.


2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.


3. Toss in the vegetables and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes.


4. Add soy sauce and cornstarch mixture, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.
